用慣了卡踏,要回去踩一般的踏板,
是會有點不習慣,
不過,記得是用大腿去踩就好,

o...哇......<br />真是精闢的見解...<br />獲益良多...<br />不過習慣卡踏之後...回頭騎自己的登山車去<br />offroad時,發覺用力的方式不太習慣..<br />因為卡踏可以用大腿或腰部往上拉的力量來騎車,膝蓋的受力感覺較小,<br />可是如果沒有卡踏變成要用踩的...<br />結果當天膝蓋就怪怪的.....<br /><br />兩種騎法看來都要習慣阿><....小志noreply@blogger.com
